U.S. track and field athlete Devon Allen, who specializes in the 110-meter hurdles, has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, a club that plays in the National Football League (NFL). It is reported by the official website of the team.

Previously, the athlete announced his desire to move to American soccer. Allen appeared in the Oregon Pro Day draft.

Allen has played for the University of Oregon team before, but since 2016 he decided to change the sport to track and field.

Allen finished fifth at the Rio Olympics in 2016 and was one step away from the podium at the Tokyo Games in 2021.

The closest track and field event Devon Allen has planned to compete in is the World Track and Field Championships in Eugene, USA. It will be held in July.
